Custom & Predesigned Nail Sets
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our nail sets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please ensure you measure carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, check our [size guide](insert link) or order a sizing kit.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Accessories & Charms
We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, as they are instantly accessible after purchase. If you experience any issues with your download, please reach out for assistance.
Order Cancellations
- Custom & Predesigned Nail Sets: Cancellations are only available within 24 hours of purchase, as work begins shortly after.
- Accessories & Charms: Cancellations can only be made before shipping.
- Digital Products: Cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the postal service. If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with your local courier. For tracked shipments, you may file a claim with Royal Mail.
